Make Every Movement Count Disclaimer

You, as a client, assume full responsibility and by agreeing to these Terms are stating that you are cleared by a physician to start or continue a fitness/nutrition program and increase intensity of exercise.

Make Every Movement Count, LLC is not liable for any health issues or physical injury that may occur.  If you suffer from a chronic, or recurring illness, then additional care should be taken by you to ensure the illness is not complicated by exercise. Stop exercising if you experience relative symptoms or undue pain of any kind. If you have a chronic injury or a range-of-motion limitation, it is advised that you see your personal physician, a licensed physical therapist, or an orthopedic physician prior to implementing any fitness and /or nutrition recommendations. 

In the case of range-of-motion limitations, a therapeutic referral needs to be made only if recommendations involve the articulation (movement) of the injured site(s). If you are currently ill, put off starting the exercise program until you are over the illness. If you suffer from a chronic, or recurring illness, then additional care should be taken so that the illness is not complicated by exercise. If you have ever been instructed by a physician not to exercise for any reason or at any time let us know in writing immediately. It is imperative that you are aware there could be an inherent risk to injury when it comes to exercise. 

 

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you attest that Make Every Movement Count, LLC and/or any representative associated with the COMPANY is informed of potential risks and that you agree and understand those risks. Make Every Movement Count, LLC and their representatives have informed you and you as a client are willing to take on the risk. 

You release Make Every Movement Count, LLC and/or the representatives from any liability should any injury occur.


 

  • Modified Mobility Fitness Program Structure

    Getting Started/Functional Movement  

    8 Week Program 

    This Structure is for people who haven’t been moving much up to this point. 

    This could be due to illness, injury, weight, lifestyle, pain, etc. 

    It is the very early starting point and is about getting the body to move more efficiently and effectively in the exercise and then having that carry over into daily life bringing greater health, fitness, flexibility and mobility. 

  • Mobility Fitness Program Structure

    Getting Started/Functional Movement -

    This Structure is for people who haven’t been moving much up to this point. 

    This could be due to illness, injury, weight, lifestyle, pain, etc. 

    It is the starting point and is about getting the body to move more efficiently and effectively in the exercise and then having that carry over into daily life bringing greater health, fitness, flexibility and mobility.

  • Optimize Fitness Program Structure

    Develop/Strengthen 

    8 Week Program 

    This Structure is for people who have exercise experience or move with relative ease. 

    It is about implementing new techniques or styles of exercises while improving mobility in the most efficient way. 

  • Volume Fitness Program Structure

    VOLUME - Building Muscle Volume

    12 Week Program 

    This Structure is for people who are experienced exercisers and want to improve their athletic performance, increase muscle mass and build a powerful body that moves with strength and ease. 

  • Endurance Fitness Program Structure

    Define/Sculpt/Condition 

    12 Week Program

    This Structure is the most advanced and is for people who have muscle volume and exercise experience and is about building muscle definition, sculpting the body, working on body composition and conditioning your body for performance and endurance.
